SPPU MBA Distance Education Duration & Eligibility

The SPPU distance education course lasts 2 years and comprises 4 semesters. The length of this course is equal to that of a regular MBA course. Students applying to this MBA distance course must complete it.

All students who wish to apply for the MBA distance course must have a 3-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university by the UGC, AIU, or its equivalent. Candidates need to have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks for the reserved categories (backward class categories, the Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability.

Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in their graduation. The selection of candidates is strictly based on the category-wise merit list prepared from the marks obtained in the Entrance Examination conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University.
